it's the SOUND of it, not the fact it's talking to music. it's the intrusive "DON'T PUSH ME 'CAUSE I'M CLOSE TO THE EDGE-ness of it. i don't mind the idea of rap but the sound makes that stupid writhy wormy feeling in my brain. like the apparent rap at the beginning of this thread isn't bad but when eminem is angrily hitting my brainium with a megaphone, even if it's about real issues like child neglect and domestic abuse, it's just awful and my spine runs away.

Really? Eminem is my favourite rapper, I like all of his songs. So it's the sound? Cause I know different sounds effect people in different ways, like for me, I like almost all 'sounds' but if I don't like the words then I won't like a song.

yeah, i'm backwards to that. it's the harmonies, the complexity, how every little beat from the percussion to every note in the melody work together. those tiny differences from opera to metal growls, from the cry of a violin to the bellow of a drum. the crescendo decrescendo of arpeggios and chords and the feelings they can convey beyond any colour an artist can paint with the intricacy of anatomy. more human yet super human than anyone could feel. from soul to blues to rock to metal to classical to jazz to raggae whatever. music is made of so many parts yet is so indescribably one, the oneness which is used to describe allah yet the parts used to describe the trinity.
in my opinion, 'pure' dance techno and rap contribute little to music in this respect.

Rap is bad. Cultural contamination. Hopefully people will realize it's just bad noise ruining awesome old songs because rap artists have no creativity. Sorry can't get by the contamination, "Sterilize!" Do you even listen to yourself talk? Rap artists have no creativity? really dude....... Thlaylie i can't even begin to see your reason for this. What you hear on the radio is just a small slice of the rap scene. Just like all other forms of music you must dig deeper than that teenie-bopper shit the "DJ's"( if you can even call them that) spin on the radio air waves. Rap is a beautiful form of art that touches many peoples lifes. they tell stories of hardship, love, passion, or everyday life. Its not always about Bitches and money. You say they have no creativity for using older song, I think thats Amazing to think of a new way to use old riffs. I dont know where you come from or how you live but out here in Cali. rap is a way of life, its all around us. I have meet alot of local rappers and there are some great rappers out of Cali, 2-pac, Mac Dre, Zion I, just to name a couple. The bay area and L.A. are both hot beds for rappers and dancers alike. You better check yourself, Before you wreck yourself. Dude! I hear that shit all the time! Totally ruining all the good songs from REAL artists! I try to keep it in, but don't make yourself look bad by defending it! I had a friend that says it's supposed to make me angry, It makes me RAGE! If someone asked me to "Check Myself" to my face............. ohhhhhhhh that feels good...............

Left? I'm not much for politics. But agreed, the one on the left is better looking than the one on the right.

I turned the sound off, but the motions...... must STERILIZE!
Both girls could look way hot if they went to the salon or did their makeup.
Of course to do that they have to get off the "hip hop hoe-wagon."

(By the way both of them are wearing make-up already)

Do you live in some kind of ass-backwards world. Here in the Good'O US of A 9 out of 10 times if a women has too much makeup on and goes to get her hair done everyday she has a PENIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think women look a thousand times better with little or no makeup on. women are naturally beautiful :3

No women look better and less whorish when they are not following the current fad of being some hip hop yo's piece of trash (know what I'm sayin')
They just look really plain otherwise and I could see how they could hot up.
Those particular girls would need to visit a salon and wear makeup to look hot. It's not their fault really, look at the culture/ fad they are trying to emulate.
Sorry, been spoiled by Date Night and Classy ladies.
Just remember when some POS jacks you up, that you are just supporting the hip hop scene yo.

Thlaylie! You don't need make-up to be classy! Being classy is about being respectable! And those women in the video ARE wearing make-up. And their hair looks really soft and shiny, there's nothing wrong with it. I go swimming every other week, and I wear no make-up at all, and my hair just gets wet and lank, but I still get attention from boys (albeit unwanted attention). I can't be that ugly without make-up, and I think if a woman is pretty with make-up, she is pretty without make-up.

make up is the fire fueled by female insecurities and fanned by the few elite that set an unacquirable standard of beauty which is simply the covering of the nature's female form with the artificial enhancements that contributes little to their own self. such is the power of these few elites who dictate the standards of beauty that they have the world by the short and curlies in which they control demand as well as supply enforcing a monopoly on one's interests by replacing them by what is in vogue. as such is not a circle of creating, enforcing, forfilling and replacing insecurities but a downward spiral for the very definition of beauty which has become "because so so said it was" not because of the human aesthetics that all humans were born with in someone's eyes.
