My GF won't let me play Golf... She fears for the collateral damage.  Is she afraid you'll get hit by a drive or something? Because while getting hit by one hurts like hell (not personal experience, but I know a friend of a friend who did), and there have been major injuries from hits to the head, it's not that common and you have to screw up majorly to not see the people at the other hole. And then they should yell fore, which tells you to get the hell out of dodge. She thinks I will loose my temper and... Hurt everything in the general vicinity. I'm originally from Vermont so Newhart is a given. |

Of the two, golf is the most boring to watch.
Darts is worse though. Unless you're watching friends, then you get to laugh/jeer/mock/destroy them.

They yell at me for sticking them so hard though.
I have to throw them hard enough to be accurate, I'm not trying to sink em, maybe they should dull them a bit.

I personally don't watch any sports. wrestling is just sweaty men rubbing thier bodies over eachother, I'd like it if it wasn't trying to look like something aside from soft porn. Golf is boring, needs more zombies vs golf clubs. Darts is boring, if it was a map of the world, and the dart was where a nuke was dropped, I'd watch, hoping that it didn't hit a place I like.
