There are actually some really neat stuff there. But what you linked is one of those that makes you go 'wut?' and forget what you were thinking about. Neat stuff: Twilight knights. I'd actually buy them if I could justify something to use them for. The pinup needs more clothes though. (But that defeats the 'pinup' tag, right?) Well, they are test runs for miniatures that will be in a 'adult' orientated wargame. What kind of miniatures are you expecting from them?
Seriously though, I'd never buy most of their stuff. For the same reason I wouldn't buy those animes girl figures. It is what separates the good guys from the creepy ones.

Chance to impregnate: On a roll of 5+ the affected model becomes pregnant, roll a d3. This many babies appear next turn

I want it for it's macabre nature. I'd get rid of the shocked woman, and probably gore up the pregnant women a bit. I'm sick of seeing all these brightly coloured little men, and these brightly coloured walking shoulder guards. War is not clean, or pretty, imperial guardsemn should not have clean skin, space marines should not have pristene armor. Hence why I am drawn to chaos, for thier war torn appearance, thier badassery and thier raiding, pillaging and slaughtering nature. I'm suprised that 40k doesn't add rape as one of the many war crimes of chaos, most genocides that have ever occured had some form of rape in it. I'm not condoning it, I'm just mentioning that chances are, it would have occured. Look at slaanesh FFS.

It gets implied rarely. Mostly in the novels. I think it might have been one of the atrocities committed by the Imperial Guard unto a Feudal World of Tzeentch worshipping good towns folk in Pawns of Chaos, but I can't remember. I do know there was child murder. They often can't go all the way really, since GW makes lots of sales off the young teenagers.
