TTH's Politics and NewGen

For a while now many issues in TTH/OldGen have been bleeding into NewGen. From The Hive Mind making his appearance here, to the recent issue of Salamut's ban, which has nothing to do with this site. So, I would like to make a plea to the people of this glorious site.

If we are to progress further as our own community, we must stop involving NewGen with TTH and OldGen politics. If we are all concentrating on off-site drama, how are we going to expand our own community? When new members come here from other places, won't all this talk of TTH's business serve to merely push them away from becoming regulars? And if all OldGen problems seem to be up on NewGen, how has anything changed at all? Did we not create this place to escape from OldGen and TTH’s drama and law?


We are all guilty of bringing in TTH's problems here, and it is therefore all of our responsibility to think before we post. We need to collectively vow to never make a topic about the politics of The Tyranid Hive and OldGen on this site ever again. We need to cut the ties that keep us joined to our past so that NewGen can finally ascend and become everything we hope and dream for it to become.

Furthermore, if someone is talking about TTH don't feed into it. You don't need to remind them this isn't TTH, just ignore it. Like most things ignored, they'll subside. Have a ball Trygon.

Meh... it was all an excuse to tell Yori I don't like him. I do agree with this highly surprising *snigger* post. Time to focus less on petty arguements and more on that "recruitment progam" we talked about.

Besides, I gotta get 'round to starting those competitions.
