We have a new chat set up with Chatango. You can guest post in it, but I advise creating an account with them before using it to get the full experience. You can get profiles and all that shit. It is real neat.
As well as being embedded directly into the site, you will notice that it has far more features then conventional chat services such as cbox. You can even post videos and images with this thing. It is the best free service out there for this kind of thing that I know of.
