Is your Steam running slowly?

i haven't been on my steam in a couple of days( used most of my free time here) and today i wanted to play TF2 and WHAT THE FUCK i was yelling at my computer. FUCKING Laggy so bad( but my ping was really low like 20ish). i had to stop playing it was so bad. Scanned my computer. one cookie file. that wouldn't make my computer that slow. and its only game( my internet is fine). every single game on steam was acting up.

What preferances are you running at?

When was the last time you dusted out the PC? could just be getting hot.
